AMLAW 20 law firm is looking for a Healthcare Associate for their Denver office.

These are the requirements:

1. 4-6 years of significant experience representing hospitals, physician groups, ancillary service providers and other investors in the healthcare industry with state and federal fraud and abuse and compliance matters, licensure and reimbursement matters, and operational matters.
2. Experience in transactional matters in the health care industry such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, contractual agreements, and license and lease agreements is a plus.
