Staff Accountant needed for corporate organization located in Princeton, NJ. Hybrid role. 1 day in office; but open to more days in office when needed. Some travel. Sage Intacct is a strong plus. OT flexible when needed. • Reporting to VP of Finance • Financial Record Keeping • Financial Statement Preparation • Account Reconciliation • Tax Compliance • Budgeting & Forecasting • Audit Assistance • GAAP Compliance • Reporting and Analysis o Strong Accounting Knowledge – strong understanding of accounting principles and practices o Analytical Skills – Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and patterns o Communication Skills – ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely o Organization and Time Management – Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines o Software Proficiency – Proficiency in accounting software (Sage Preferred) and other relevant tools o Excel Proficiency Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or related field • Relevant experience – 3-7 years’ experience • CPA/CMA Optional but a plus (or currently enrolled)
