These are the requirements:

1. 2 to 6 years of experience to Corporate Law.
2. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience in general corporate work, mergers and acquisitions, securities, debt and equity financing, and other business transactions. 
3. Strong academic credentials, writing skills and interpersonal skills are required.
