Administrative Assistant/Corporate Receptionist for a national corporation in the Boca area. This position will be responsible for handling all front desk duties including answering and transferring all incoming calls; greeting and signing in guests; maintain calendars; etc.

This is a DIRECT HIRE position and is available IMMEDIATELY!! The candidate must be able to work the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday with the flexibility to work overtime when needed.


  • Answer and transfer all incoming calls to appropriate party
  • Provide support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and HR department
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Manage busy appointment calendar (professional and personal)
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets
  • Prepare employee badges and maintain the log
  • Greet all incoming visitors; Make sure everyone signs in and out
  • Sort and distribute all incoming mail and packages
  • Process outgoing mail and shipments
  • Ensure all common areas (reception area, conference rooms, guest offices, kitchens, copy rooms, etc.) are neat, clean and well-stocked for use
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s is a strong plus
  • Must have a minimum of 1+ years in an Admin/Receptionist role, in a corporate setting using a multi-line phone system
  • Must have outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus
  • Highly reliable and dependable
  • Ability to multi-task within an extremely fast paced environment
